Blog Post 4: 11-15-19
I want you to spend the last 10 minutes of class today writing a reflection on what you did today during work time.

1. How well did you use time to stay on task and work on your project?
2. What did you learn?
3. Are there any experts or people you want to connect with- people in the school, in the community, people your parents might know, people online you can message?
4. What did you make or create?
5. Any epic failures? Things you tried that totally did not work. What happened?
6. Did you accomplish the goal you set for yourself at the start of class? Why/why not?
7. Goals for next work time.
8. Add any images or videos to your post that relate and ARE NOT RANDOM

I want you to spend the last 10 minutes of class today, Friday, November 8, writing a reflection on what you did today during work time.

1. What did you learn?
2. What did you make or create?
3. Any epic failures? Things you tried that totally did not work. What happened?
4. Goals for next work time.
5. Did you accomplish the goal you set for yourself at the start of class? Why/why not?
6. Add any images or videos to your post that relate and ARE NOT RANDOM

Genius Hour: Blog Creation!

Blog Post 1:
The goal for today is to set up your blog and begin your project.

Please do the following:

1. Create a blog using your school email and the blogger website
2. After you create your blog, make your first post.
3. Include in the first post (most of this info is in your proposal-cut and paste):
1. Your name and grade level
2. What your background/ interests are and how that led you to this project
3. One "Big Question" your project will answer
4. An explanation of the project / project goals
5. An overview of what you plan to do in the next 6 weeks 
4. If you want you may add photos/ videos to the post relevant to your work.
5. Publish the post
6. Paste in your link to Google Classroom

After you finish the first overview start working on the project. 

After each work session you will write a post for your blog about your progress. What you learned, challenges you encountered, set backs, accomplishments etc. You can also include images throughout the process.
